Shipping:
At this time, we do not ship internationally. If you are interested in purchasing our products and it needs to be shipped to an international destination, please contact us at sales@sweetscentsshop.com, so we review your request.
All of our shipping is done through the United States Postal Service. All products are shipped based on the weight and size of the shipping container. Please note that we do provide approximate weights on the description of the products we sell. You will be provided a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. If you require other arrangements, you will need to contact us at sales@sweetscentshop.com before you place your order to ensure we can establish shipping costs and delivery dates based on your needs.
Returns:
Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales, are considered final and may not be returned, exchanged or refunded unless there is a problem with the order. We do not exchange/return products that have been opened. Items returned must be in the same condition that we shipped to you and we do not refund shipping unless it was our error. If there is a problem with the order, you must contact us within 3 days (exception is melted product - see section below) at sales@sweetscentsshop.com (or use the Contact Us form) to let us know the reason for the return and order number. We will review the request and let inform you within 2 days, if the product can be returned, exchanged or refunded. We do charge a 20% restocking fee on any returned items. If the product is approved for return, we will contact you to make arrangements to have the product returned to us. Once we receive the product and confirm the product hasn't been opened/tampered with, we will credit your account.
Melted Products: We take extra precautions in the summer months to ensure your products are delivered with the same quality as when they were shipped to you. If your product arrives melted, please contact us the same day as delivered. We are not responsible for packages that are left outside in the heat and will not give a refund if we are not contacted the same day as the delivery date.
